Trust Deed and Rules

Subject to the provisions of this Deed and all rules of Unit trust funds for the time being in force, the Unit portfolio is held by the Trustees in trusts for the holders of the units according to the number units held by each unit holder and the sum standing to the credit of the distribution account are held by the Trustee on trust to distribute or apply them in accordance with the ACT and this Trust Deed.
